they are solid axles no? they dont use half-shafts like we do. if you could modify where the halfshafts would have to go in then maybe?

junkyard?.....honestly get a trac-lok pumpkin from the yard and get some gears/install kit/rebuild kit for it and turn some heads

you COULD use a cobra 28 spline unit seeing how they have independent rear suspension like we do.

just the center section is readily able to be swapped over. alot of that other stuff isnt much of a benefit to you.

Cool , I think I came up on this buy . The seller wants this picked up so he will
take 50.00 off for not shipping .

I live about 30-60 minutes from this seller .

Now I need a drive shaft !!!

I don't know how easily I can find a 93 Mark VIII drive shaft at the yards .

Should I get one from another year ? I'm thinking I could get away with it.

thats the guy i got my 1995 v8 timing cover from for about 50 bucks. he is about 13 miles from me and i have been there twice already. he is selling a 93 shaft for 100 bucks, which is how much they go for here on tccoa anyways. If you want i will go take a look at it and make sure its a one-piece for the price of gas. if it is i will buy it for you and you can pay me when you pick it up. I have no plans for today lol

I was bidder "4" on that. You beat me by a nickel! Oh well. You got a heck of a deal. There's no way you'll make it from Reseda to Manhattan Beach in 30-60 minutes except maybe on a Sunday morning. What are goig to do with the leftovers, if you just use the pumpkin? I might be interested in the subframe. [I] have a 93 MK VIII driveshaft I'd trade for it.

he just needs the pumpkin thats all. he can sell the rest to you seeing how i just got a mark 8 driveshaft for him. the subframe is worth more than a driveshaft anyways.

Yeah, the subframe is worth more, but not much. I'd trade for it, but I won't spend cash for it. Just a project I'm contemplating.

trust me when i say im not trying to start any drama or bashing but if you were bidder 4 didnt you bid 300 bucks? 300 is kinda more than a 75 dollar driveshaft. still tho what project are you contemplating?
