Kumho Ecsta DX...

My friend's girlfriend told me about these Kumho Ecsta DX tires. I looked around, and not only does TireRack have them in the size I need, but they're on sale right now. I'm so buying a set.

Thoughts?

Hahahahahaha.

Haha, I know, ridiculous, right? Whose brilliant idea was it to come up with lavender-scented tires in the first place? And more importantly, who would actually buy these?

I'll be needing new tires come spring time. I'm sure they'll be on sale for a while.....maybe the price will go down a bit!

As gay as this may sound, I am in the market for new tires (mine're pretty much slicks, and my state inspection is expired - I need new tires to pass) and I'm actually tempted to get these just for the laugh factor. As far as I can tell, there's no real downside, apart from being made fun of all the time. But they're all-season tires, they're V-rated, they're Kumho (and as far as I can tell, Kumho is okay), and they're decently priced. What's not to like?
