Rim offset question

will this rims fit a 97 t-bird , I'm not sure what the offset should be but these
are 38mm offset ?

They should fit fine without any issues.
IIRC - The Thunderbird offset is supposed to be 36-40mm.

I thought there was a sticky on wheels and fitment?

Offset means NOTHING without a Width spec. to go with it...
