man I wish I could find some 18x9 GT500 wheels in Mustang Bolt Pattern with an offset i could use.

Go about 3/4 the way down the page to find them. The 55MM offset 18X9wheels will probably work ok on the back ok but you will need to run about a .5" spacer up front with them because you need to shoot for around a 36-38MM offset for the front.

If you go with the 22MM offset wheels for the 94-04 stangs, they will stick out some or you can try to find a place to machine the backs down a little.
