225/70-16?

Would running 225/70-16's on my sport rims cause any rubbing issues? They just seem a little tall to me. I am asking this because I have a brand new set of Goodyear Fortera light truck tires on my jeep but they are not so good on the sand, and since the bird needs tires i figured I could just throw them on instead of selling them.

A good site to check tire/wheel fitment issues is...bigcustomwheels.com

Under "what fits, plugging in your car info gives factory wheel info, including offset.

Under "Sizs Guide" yuo can plug in factory settings and compare what ever sizes you may be contemplating.
