Finally put wheels on my '95 Bird... Exterior completed

Here are some pics of the car with its new wheels... finally finished the exterior exactly the way I wanted. Only a few things left on my list, but enjoy these for now:

Nice car, pretty sharp. Im not sure on the chrome moldings but just my opinion..... I also agree you should finish it off with a lowering kit. I really like that 4.6 badge, never thought I would.

I plan on lowering it sometime soon, when I redo the suspension eventually.

I had to get adaptors to put the wheels on, so those are the spacers you see in the up close pics.

I pulled off the original trim from the sides because it was deteriorating badly, and put the chrome moldings on top of the stuff left from underneath. I stopped at the end of the door because that's where the original molding went to, plus the chrome molding on the front fender with the V8 symbol and the 4.6 badge would look wayyyyyy too over-the-top.

All I need to do now is order the SVT centercaps on the new rims and they're done.

lower it a tad, finish the chrome molding, and could do without the "SVT" badges....(i have a "thing" about putting badges/bumpers on cars which isnt supposed to be on there, dont make sense)

i put a Mach 1 chin spoiler on my GT only becasue it should have been there from the beginning, gives a more finished look to the front end, otherwise like stock sleeper.

but looking good and clean. keep it up

I agree also with the others on the chrome on the fender. To me it looks like you swapped front ends and never finished it off. And just based off the pictures with the chrome in the middle on the back 2/3s and not up front it gives a different shade to the rest of the car. just doesnt match by my eyes.

Not bad, lower it and lose the dice and you'll have a winner! Those clear corners look great on a white car.

Oh, and get a camera that can focus!
