18 x 9 Fitment on Gen II Mark VIII

I just want to double check on fitment for new wheels/tires for my LSC (tired of not being able to balance the fronts due to the calipers being too close ).

18 x 9, 5 on 4.5, +36 mm offset (I have Cobra brakes w/hub swap),

I plan on 245 45 18's.

I'm leaning towards the FR500 wheels, but I haven't decided on chrome, black or anthractie. I like chrome, but I've had bad luck with cheap chrome wheels with them pitting...

I don't know how the black would look on my red LSC, and the anthracite = (IMHO)

Chrome ($180 ea):

Black ($115 ea)(Cant' beat that price!! ):

Anthracite ($140):

Just one more reason I love the black Gen II's. Thanks for that post.

Sorry to revive an 'old' thread, but I really like these wheels for my T'Bird. I'm afraid that I will have to do the hub & brake swap though.
