I bought a set of 1000 Miclia rims for my bird yesterday. The guy I bought them from on craigslist put them on for me. On the way back home, I lost one on the highway. Now I'm stuck with 3 nice wheels and a missing drum brake on the back driver side. A headache to say the less. I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy these rims. I googled it, but didn't find much. My rims say 1000 Miclia, but the google term for them was Mile Miclia. They are 17 inch rims with the 4.25 bolt pattern. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced! -Kevin
I checked that site already, nothing for the 4.25 bolt pattern. Thanks anyway though. I was extremely pi$$ed, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it. I paid the guy for the tires and rims, not to put them on.
Well, either someone else found it or its in a creak. The wheel crossed 8 lanes of traffic without hitting anyone. I searched for 3 hours the night it happened and 1 hour the next morning. Nothing to be found. I'm not even sure if it would be usable if I did find it. I still have my old wheels, so once I put a new drum on, I can drive again. I would just like to find another rim to match these 3. I think they look great and I spend quite a bit on them. The brand name is actually miglia. Also, does it look like I am missing more than the drum to anyone? I was told that was all that I needed. Well and a wheel and 5 lug nuts.
Your brakes look fine dude well besides the scraped shoes, I got a few drums laying around here if you need them. Is that anti-seize on the wheel studs or are those threads jacked up? Sorry to hear about your rim, you know the old saying you want something done right do it yourself

I once saw a wheel come off a car, cross four lanes of traffic, a sidewalk, bounce over a soundwall, into the street behind the sound wall, and land at the far inside edge of somebody's front lawn...and the car it flew off was not going faster than 30 MPH when it happened....
Thanks, I jacked the car up the other day. I wasn't going to leave it laying like that haha. My story is pretty similar. My wheel crossed 8 lanes of busy dallas highway traffic, and into a creak. Didn't anyone. I bought a new drum on ebay for 22 shipped so I should be back on the road by next monday. Thankfully I never sold my old Ranger so I still have something else to drive. Rangerpowersports.com was glad to hear from me haha. You guys are always a great help though!
I have a new question for you guys. I found one rim that is the same size as my other 3 rims. However it used the 5x100 bolt pattern. Upon further research, I fould a wheel adapter that turns 5x4.25 into 5x100. Would this work? I assume it will, but I want to make sure first. Here is a link to the adapters I am talking about.
If anyone knows where I can find these cheaper, please let me know as well. I was thinking I would also buy the 1inch spacers for the other 3 rims so they we're all even. Those are more expensive the the actual adapter though. Thanks again guys! -Kevin
They claim to have the rims in stock, but they want you to pay 20 bucks and become a member before you can buy or even ask a question about the rims. It sure would be a cheaper alternative to those adapters.
OK, here is the deal, years ago I had a 90SC with the same wheels , and loved them, at the time i had 3 SCs and sold 1 of them, but when he brought a friend , he checked out my other SC, I wanted to sell 1 of them, but sold 2 of them in a day . Now him not knowing , I had an extra wheel , just in case, due to those wheels are great looking .
