Maybe try going to some tire shops and talking to them? OR try salvage yards, they may have some insight on what to do to remove "locked" wheels

EDIT: I just did some searching on google....came up with this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...176393-0313014

there are links to other products that might work too....

1. Pound a twist socket on and use an impact to spin it off.
2. Pound a chrome socket on and spin off with an impact.

Either of these will work. I can remove wheel locks almost as fast as regular lug nuts.

If their "Ford Lug Nut Locks"..Just drive to your nearest Ford dealer..They have a kit that has every "Lug Nut Lock Key" made by Ford..They may even do it for free..Just ask them if they could loosen em up a little bit for you..Good Luck!

Cold chisel and a hammer always worked well for me.... and I never damaged the rims.
