05-12 Mustang wheels on hubswapped MN12?

The bird is 4.5 hubspwapped and running 17" OE Mach 1 wheels right now.

Would 2010 GT500 19" wheels fit? I think the bolt circle is still 4.5 but I don't know anything about backspacing.

I think they sit "inside" the wheelwell a bit deeper than 94-04 wheels....I have seen 05+ bullits on 94-04 mustangs and something looks like it is not quite right to me.

They have about 7" of backspacing on the 9.5" wheels. That would fit under the rear, but the fronts are going to rub on the spindles. You would need some spacers and long studs, something like this:

This is exactly the case. Last year when I had my '11 GT, I put its wheels on the Bird when I put the Bird's FR500's on the Stang. The backs were fine, but the fronts rubbed the top of the spindle, or were at least too close for comfort.
