installing center caps?

Super dumb question...I finally got some center caps for my fan blades and having a hard time getting them on, is there a trick? I got one on but it doesnt look likes its going to stay on.

Can you post a picture? If they are the correct caps, it's pretty straight-forward. Just pop them on.

A good pop with my fist is now I used to get them on

I wrap a thick rag around my hand and punch them on with the side of my hand.

Be glad you aren't working with the Cougar mesh wheels. They are a ***** to snap in place, and they have about 25 plastic holding tabs that gradually start to fall off.
