Are they a matching set to the wheels? It's possible they're mismatched, center bore sizes seem to vary depending on the wheel

Did you get them from the "Custom Wheel Shop"? There was a specific casting that the centers didn't fit right, I am not sure how they didn't fit right though.

Same here mine are from supercoupeperformance The center caps don't snap in over the dust caps I was wondering if there is a smaller cap I could get. It don't look too bad tho.

Hello guys, sorry I did not see this sooner. I apologize for the latency in my reply as well as all the time it has taken to get the cap issue sorted out.

What happened is this: The Chamfer that the cap clips/snaps into is too deep into the center bore of the wheel. This is not a simple solution in any respect. For one, the caster doesn't want to admit to and correct an issue until proven 10 fold. Then once that fight is complete they have to mock up a cap that will work. Then they have to generate the tooling to produce a run of them. Then they have to schedule said run with their other commitments. Lets not assume that the caster isnt already dealing with many other production issues all the while sorting ours out.

OK....=) So having said all that as being the most clear and concise explanation I can come up with. There is indeed a NEW cap that will work with this casting of wheels. We expect them any time now! So please, be sure to watch this forum for the report of the caps arrival and contact the shop with your purchase information to get your replacement set coming.

I want to thank all of our Great Customers and Dealers for their patience in this matter.

Regards

Brad

I carefully peeled the top metal decal off. Drilled a 1 3/4" hole in the center of the plastic cap, cut a 2 3/8" disc out of 1/8" ABS, glued ABS disc to cap, then glued the metal decal back onto the ABS. PITA - but - end result looked perfect.

The new center caps have arrived and we are ready to ship them.

We have been going through invoices and shipping caps out to our customers. If you have not received yours then contact the shop to confirm that they have shipped.

Have your order info including the CC# that you used for your purchase.

We apologize for the latency in resolving this issue!!
