Spare donut for 17" rims, 4.25" lugs, Cobra rotors?

Looking for a spare donut rim for...

96 MN12 Thunderbird with 5 x 4.25" lug spacing, 17" rims. On the front I have 13" Cobra rotors and calipers and I am concerned about the spare tire rim clearing the rotors/calipers. Any info on year make model part number for adequate rim?

Thanks,
Quix

Find one from a Lincoln LS, those use the same bolt pattern and are 17"
