Patric,
+36MM offset should be OK without using spacers...I run and sell wheels with this exact machined spec for the tbird with no issues.

Redbird...

Thats right...+36MM is fine with a 17X9, or a 17X8, 18X8, 18X9...And on and on....No spacers, no rub...Mind you I am referring to the Dante Design wheels...

I beg to differ. I had 17x9 chrome cobra r's for my bird with 36mm offset and they wouldn't fit in the front without rubbing, had to have 1/4" spacers. Maybe my car was just different. Anyway, hated spacers, wheels vibrated, studs broke, ended up selling the wheels and putting stock back on.

Drew,
Mind telling us where you got the wheels??? Did you by chance measure the offset to be sure of the +36MM spec??? I am just thinking that it is POSSIBLE that whoever sold them to you infact sold them as +36 and maybe they were not infact +36...Grasping at straws here, but There are alotta guys running this spec wheel on their Tbirds from 89-97 with no problems...

Regards
