neither, I have a friend that gets tires just about at wholesale. Sears and Town Fair tire wanted over 800 for these mounted and balanced. I also know a guy with a hunter 9700 balancer that's mounting and balancing for $50.

The two x's have two purposes, one main one for me though. They really reduce the amount of drone. There is ALMOST no done in my exhaust, that was my main reason for doing this. Only some at around 1700 RPM. I can say it does definitely work, I've heard the exhaust same set up at my car with only one x and there was considerably more done. It's also supposed to create some more back pressure with minimal restriction to help keep some of the low end torque that is normally lost with a free flowing exhaust. I can't say weather this actually does this. All I can say is that I didn't notice any low end torque loss after installation, only upper RPM gains. It sounds different then a single x system too, really sounds kind of exotic. Looks cool as hell under there too. I like it, didn't cost too much more to do 2 x's either. Got the polished stainless steel x-pipes from ebay for like $40 each.

haha off topic.................

Thanks for the compliments.......the all black look is only for the winter. The SC rims looked terrible so I had to paint them. The black looks good for a while, but I'm sick of it, can't wait to get something shiney on there!! Well the cobra r rims haven't arrived yet, they are on back order at dante designs. I'll have an update today on what the status is. I'll try to get a sound clip up, I'll see what I can manage tonight. Does cardomain.com allow you to upload anything else other then picture files? Otherwise I don't know where to host the sound clip at.

They are SICK in the snow, especially with the limited slip!!!! They are so tall though, I would not recommend putting 225/70/16's on unless you have at least 3.73 gears (like me). I think a mark, t-bird or cougar would be a dog with these tires and not the gears. Between those tires on the back and the cooper winter masters on the front the car did great in the snow. Although I just swapped back to my directional rims with my eagle GSC 245/50/16 and damn the thing handles so mean again. The winters definitely aren't too great in the handling and performance category. I feel like I'm driving a porche compared to before. But they got me though the winter without any problems. They are great in the mud too!!! =)

and yes I have too many sets of tires..............better then buying crack tho, that's what I tell my girlfriend. It's either stuff for my car or I'm gonna start using drugs

Further off topic......
Where can I upload an exhaust sound clip too????

Those are the same tires I have for my summer wheels....and the width keeps me grounded. My winter tires spin all day, but I can't even spin my wheels with these wide boys......
