Question Fanblades and tires best way to ship

Hello all 4 Lincol rims should be here and a fellow memebe ri sgetting my 15 inch fan blades. Can you guys make a reccommendation on how to properly ship these rims and rims and tires. I work at a UPS drop off location so packaging is cheap at least for the rims cause it is free however They say just tires wrap some shrining tape over and around and put sticker on. How do i go about or shoud i ship a rim and Tire together? thanks

you could try going to a custom wheel place, and get the boxes and protective rings from them, they are just going to throw them away anyways. Then just paper around them, and ship 'em.

All you have to do is tape some thick cardboard to the face and back and then shrink wrap them.Place the address on the cardboard and on the outside of the shrink wrap.Shrink wrap by the way is saran wrap but thicker if ya didnt know.
Its easy to ship that way.

Rich has a great idea, but I've had good luck with shipping two sets of tires and wheels doing exactly what LX says. Just wrap the heck out of them, and make sure the address is well-attached and legible. They'll be fine.

ship them via DHL or fedex, ups is going to be way high on wheels.

I use chris's shrinkwrap method myself. I use the shrinkwrap and cardboard at work, then I use the bundle strapping machine to put straps on them and strap two of the wheels together, and ship them 2 at a time.
