May Be a Dumb Question, But........

I was wondering if larger wheels will affect quarter mile times.......I had the stock 15's and went to 17x7.5's

I went to the track tonite and my times were absolutely horrible, and I am trying to figure out the reasons for my horrible run times.

Thanks

Yes bigger wheels will make your slower.
1. more weight
2. increased rotational mass
3. less sidewall

Is your sig up to date? I'd say you made a good run. Pullies and exhuast don't give alot of power.

I figured as much, I will have 3.73's delivered in a month and a Chip and Pi intake before the end of July I would guess. I spend about 125.00 a week on the car.

Yes the sig is up to date, I just have to empty my trunk and go at it again!

Thanks for the help Greenbird.

Maybe a tenth? Why don't you make some back to back runs and come back and tell us.
