Firehawk SZ50EP.....or the Fuzion ZRi(same damn tire). The fuzions are pretty inexpensive from the firestone dealership.

What size are you running?

I had Goodyear Aquatread 3's on mine for about 30,000 miles. They're just about worn out but most of that is due to overly agressive driving. They were a little noisy towards the end of their life. But otherwise a great tire for the rain, and damn good in the turns (alot better than the crappy yokohama's on the car now) They come with a 80000 mile warranty but that's they should last about 50-60K miles with a sane person behind the wheel.

I have the new Goodyear tripletred and I love them... They are responsive, good traction on rain and dry, and look good...

A bit pricey though, $100 each, but I didn't want cheap-o's

Don't get Eagle GSA's. Someone can urinate on the road, and I lose traction.

WTH would he want a winter tire for driving in a florida summer?

I would say the aqua3s or Indy 500s would be a good choice.
