ASA Wheels

I'm looking at two types of ASA brand wheels.
1. Is ASA any good?
2. I'm looking at 17x7 with a 40mm offset, or a 17x7.5 with a 45mm offset. Any issue with those offsets?

Thanks
Dave

Those offsets will work just fine with a wheel that narrow
