Question wheel bearings

I have a rattle in what sounds like the front right wheel on my 94 lx. THe sound can only be beard when the tire has a second to free fall such as goin down a hill. I have jacked the car up and checked but can not seem to find how the sound is being created because i can only hear it while driving. Could this problem be the wheel bearings or something else?

Thanks

Pull the wheel off and see if the rotor has any play (if it wiggles back and forth), then you know your wheel bearings are shot and need new ones pressed.
