Need a measurement on the transmission tunnel brace

I need to make a couple spacers for the brace that ties the tunnel together. It's probably a 24inch long sheet metal brace with 2 small screws in each end. Could somebody tell me the width of the piece, the spacing of the holes, and the size of the wholes? I'm going to burn a couple on the laser.

Thanks
David

Hole sizing is fairly irrelevant since one side is slotted

Hmmm what about making a few for those having a slightly lower hanging exhaust piping. Maybe with some spacers? Or is that what your doing?

I'm just making spacers for mine as the exhaust hits, will not be making the full cross member. I modeled it after the slotted side.

Ah ok. I was only curious mine sits a bit low as well can't fit the brace at the moment. Post some pics when you get them finished.

5.00 plus shipping for 2 spacers. One for each side of the brace. Not trying to make a killing. Only stipulation would be cash or check since paypal would cut into my spoils

Just wondering, what does that brace do besides hold up
the dual exhaust pipes?

the pipes are not supposed to touch it, it just ties the 2 floor pans together as a stiffener since the transmission tunnel is so god awful big.

a little tacky tacky and we are together.
