SC Sideskirts fit and gap

I'm adding SC side skirts to my 94 LX and there's a decent gap between the front and rear piece. It's ~1/2 inch on either side. This is normal?

So a sc car is a 1/2" shorter

No. Every SC I've ever seen is the same way or close. Depends heavily on how well the doors and fenders are aligned

Do you have a pic of the whole car. I like the light evergreen frost paint. Are the door handles shaved looks like a door popper in the pic

You nailed it - it's a door popper for shaved handles. The car is in for paint right now - Light Evergreen Frost with a light diamond tri-coat touch. I'll add a few pics once I get it back and get it finished.
