Done hit a deer

Ok, I finally nailed one, giving my baby a black eye, and hood damage. Now, the hood I can replace easily, the lights too, but the thing I need is the piece that backs the Headlight bucket, the flat black piece that it bolts to. What is it called? Does anyone happento have a 96-97 they are parting that has that piece on the right side. And is there any chance ford still makes that part???
Thanx for the help guys

Yeah, it's a sought after piece for all those 94/95's doing 97 COnversions.

You may luck out, but I haven't seen one for cheaper than 100 bucks yet.

Good Luck

The header panel runs the full width of the front end, and supports both headlight assemblies, plus the bumper cover.

Dan Newman will get you the best price from Ford.

There is a 97 in a junkyard near me. I can probably snag it for you. I am guessing that they will want around $40 for it. Figure $10 for shipping.

If anyone else has one available, feel free to jump ahead of me.
