adjusting headlamps

How do I raise up the headlights so they point farther down the road? I had the front end replaced after an accident & now the headlights are too low. I know that there are two adjusting screws per headlamp, but not sure which screw to turn or which way to turn it.

The screw on the outside of the assembly will adjust the assembly left-right, whereas the screw at the bottom will adjust up-down. The adjusting screws take a very small socket (~4.5mm, if I recall correctly). Turning the adjusting screws to the RH side of the vehicle should raise the aim of the headlights.

The top knobs control the left to right, bottom one controls top to bottom. They take a 5/32 socket, I found a 5/32 wrench at Sears for $14.00 with 7 other wrenches. Only place i could find them.
