Front End Swap

Who all has completed the 94-95 Cougar to 96-96 Cougar front end swap? I know its pretty much direct swap. But what all do i need? Fenders, Header panel, Hood and lights, harness, Bumper cover. Is this a pretty easy swap or is it not worth the time. I like the smoothness of the newer front ends compared to the boxed front end of my 95. Plus its cool to have a 95 that looks like no one elses 95. Help is needed!!

don't need fenders, they were all the same throughout the years, all you really need is the front bumper, header panel and lights, hood.
