I did the 97 Headlight conversion...

But there is this gap between the corner light and the bumper cover. Does anyone else have this, is it normal? Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Help me out here!

I guess it's just the adjustment of the header panel maybe? I'll tear it open tomorrow again and see what I can do...any other ideas?

The clear corners are actually a little off-sized compared to the OEM corners, so some gap will probably be present. You may be able to adjust the light a little more though to minimize the gap (mine has a gap as well, not quite that big though)

You might be able to ajust the bumper and lamp some to close the gap a little.

Yeah, I'd agree to adjusting the bumper cover or the header panel. You can actually do a lot with it by moving it around. Just a note, you might have to drill your own holes to get things to line up.

Got it fixed today, thanks guys. Ended up just making the holes in the header panel on the corner a little taller so it could sit down more. Now if I could just figure out how to get this stinking hood to me...
