Question Removing SC sunroof and track assembly

I did a search, but I didn't see any info on this topic.

I'm having trouble removing a complete sunroof with track assembly out of a 90 SC for a customer. I have all of the screws out of the track near the sunroof opening, as well as the two screws that mount the motor to the roof. The track/glass doesn't want to slide forward out of the opening, and the motor won't drop out.

Any ideas?

its been a while but , dont you have to have the glass out to unbolt the trck from the front of the roof? and did you get the bolts holdings holding the track to the rear roof?

I did get the front screws, simply by sliding the glass back into the roof all of the way. It sounds like I just need to fight the motor out (it's stuck for some reason) to get to the rear mounting bolts for the track, then the whole thing will slide out.

I should be able to take it all out tomorrow morning.

It came right out this morning. The motor was just stuck to the driven gear on the track. After it popped off, it was a piece of cake.
