Anyone installed a lower door hinge?

I put in new pins a while back, they lasted about a year I guess. The hinge is just totally screwed and I do have a welder, but don't feel like welding it up. How hard is it to get to the bolts on the bottom hinge? I'm assuming its not so bad since they would be right behind the kick panel. What do yall know about this? Thanks

the lower should only take you about an hour the one inside nut just needs and extension to get to it support the door in someway though.

Nice :-) I'm gonna throw a new upper pin and bushings in because I'm sure they're screwed. Thanks
