94-95 front bumper on a 96 bird

Slowly by slowly i have been fixing my car back up since i wacked a guard rail a couple months ago.

My front bumper is totally wrecked on the drivers side... I was wondering is a 94-95 front bumper a direct swap on 96-97 birds? I think they look better, any1 happin to have any pics?

Not a direct swap, I believe you'll need to trim some of the foam that's behind the bumper cover. You may also have some gaps around the headlights.

if you want to do it "properly" then you'll need the bumper cover, bumper foam, hood, headlights, header panel, corner lights and hood release.

if you just want to put the bumper on, then all you need is the bumper. the bumper foam from 96/97 is smaller than the 94/95, so there shouldn't be a problem trying to fit the earlier bumper on the later model, as opposed to the conventional swap people do where trimming or swapping is required. tho you may need to trim it as greenbird said.
