crease in fender

I have a crease in my drivers side fender,it was also a dent but i pulled that out with a plunger. Does anyone know a good way to get creases out?

good luck, creases are a pain, they make dent removers that make them less noticable, but the only way is to sand fill and repaint.

You can get a new fender for $170 and have it repainted for ~$50.
