Question Rear window molding R&R

Does anyone have any idea how to remove the upper rear window molding? How about replaceing it? Does it require any sealant or adhesive?

Back glass, upper reveal moulding: list price, today, is about $46 at the dealership.

They basically snap in and out. Try sliding it to one side, then you can lift up the end, but do it carefully. These things are very flexible, and you can crease them easily. They are attached via some retainers which fit snuggly into a channel underneath the moulding. It takes about ten minutes to replace the moulding.
