Xenon front air dam from 97 tbird to 97 cougar?

Anyone know if a Xenon front air dam from a 96-97 Tbird will fit a 97 Cougar with minimal modification?

Xenon’s website has different part nos. for the Tbird and Cougar front air dam, the rest of the bodykit are interchangeable though.

I always thought they were interchangable. I could be mistaken though.

They look similar enough.

Yeah they look similar, wondering if anyone had experience with both or have seen both to tell a difference

There are differences in the cougar bumper and thunderbird bumper. The indentations are the sides are more rounded on the coug, whereas they are more pointed on the bird. I would imagine xenon picked up on this, not sure though.

I have installed the Xenon’s Cougar bumper onto a T-birds the only difference is the grill area between your head lights you will have to take the grill off your hood of the Cougar other wise it will fit.
