Question Black Headlight covers

Hey guys I was thinking about getting
Black headlight covers and i was woundering
if I have to take them off at night before driving to be able to see...

Depends on if you want to see the people on the road before you hit 'em
or if you prefer to just ignore the "thump" followed by a bump...

Seriously though...
Driving around the city on lit streets.. No problems...
As soon as you get on an unlit road... Believe me...
You want to take 'em off...

Then you have the little legal matter as well..
Don't think the cops will appreciate the nice look the blackouts
gives your car...

I had them on my 96...they looked killer. definantly wanna take them off at night....one time I was driving around at night (dark country road) and I couldn't get them off.....it sucked.
