Since my last post in this thread (#13) I've done a couple more, both on my '95 doors. I bought a bag of like 30 nylon bushings or solid "biscuits" off ebay cheap. I know steel would work, but then the gear teeth take the hit maybe?

A fine pair ... ... and whatever you do, Have a Safe Trip!

I did the same; I bought a rod of unfilled 3/8"dia nylon, and cut to length.

Steel is going to break something, and I can replace a lot of $0.22 biscuits for the price of a low quality motor.

For the searchers:

Just remember to relube Everything (Motor cavity, tracks, linkages, everything except the window) with white grease, at least. Other greases are better.

WD40 is a solvent to wash out old grease, you must put something back. Or it will freeze together forever in a few months.
