I dunno what the problem is, but align them and be done. It is a cheap system and IF there was an American system, I would not be using them. They are cheaply made and have piss poor quality parts. BUT...I can see when I drive at night now. There is no chance of me overdriving my lights.

Soon to have some MHS parts, cams, 'luminum block, lower compression, ported heads, autorotor, and need to make long tubes. I have almost all the stuff and need some #42-50s a bypass valve, and maybe a few other things.

What you just bought a plug n play kit with the bulbs and ballasts and you're going to ***** about quality? The beam isn't focused and you are losing all that light all over EVERYTHING. Including other people. driving at you. You can't effectively "align" them since the light shines everywhere. So you are constantly blinding oncoming traffic. Projectors are the way to go only. And this seems to be the best way to go.
