32K Cobra B heads complete, timing cover, valve covers, $250 OBO All from a 1996 Cobra. They are low mileage, clean, and complete. I can do a valve job and new seals as well on them if desired for $150 more.
Hardest part is the intake as Cobra intakes are a bit expensive. You could also use a Mark VIII intake for dirt cheap. What chassis is the motor going in? A MN12 needs Mark VIII exhaust manifolds and the Mustang needs Cobra manifolds (I think I have a set of Cobra manifolds)
BTW - It will bolt up right to that long block and I probably have the 4V chain guides as well if I searched. Your compression will be around 9.3:1
