4.6 Alum Block

I have an alum block 4.6l 2v form a 01 Mountianeer

I have not got the engine apart yet, but should have in the next day or 2
I was told it had a blown headgasket

Mileage is unknown

Asking $200.00 OBO

You sure thats not from an 02 Mounty? The 01 had a 5.0

It would have to be an 02-03 Cause the 04's had the computer controlled Throttle body and the 01' Definitely have the 5.0.Still a good deal tho.

all I know it was sitting on a shop floor and posted what I was told.... sounds like it should be an 02 then

Guys, if he is going to strip it down to an empty block no inside parts next to the main caps shipping will only be 75.00 via FedEx ground.

How do I know this?

I'm about to start parting out my Mark VIII motor and had someone in Texas ask me about the block...

well that would depend on what you want... the question should be I hax XXX dollares and I want to do (blank)... can we get there on my budget.

a stock rebuild would be one price .. but a stroker would be more. do you want H beam rods and forged pistons?
