Used Dorman Non-PI Intake Manifold - $70 Shipped!

I have a used Dorman non-PI intake manifold with an aluminum crossover and the Dorman-supplied alternator bracket for sale. It fits '96-'97 4.6 liter V-8's and is a good replacement for the stock all composite manifold that's prone to cracking and developing coolant leaks. It has gaskets built into it, so additional gaskets are NOT necessary. It also comes with BOTH temerature sensors as I bought new ones for the manifold I put on my car. I'm asking $70 shipped; brand-new these go for about $250, I believe. There is nothing wrong with it all, in fact, I just took it off my '97 T-Bird just this past weekend simply because I wanted to have a Ford manifold on my motor so I bought a used one from someone on this forum last year. I finally just got around to swapping them. It is in very good shape and is just like the one in the stock photo below (I'm on the road at the moment and can't take a photo of it; if it's still for sale this weekend, I'll post a photo of my actual manifold).

Again, I'm asking $70 shipped.

Thanks,

Dennis

Here are some pics of the actual intake manifold I want to sell:

There is NO rust or significant corrosion anywhere on this intake. Anything that looks that way is simply dirt.

I'm very interested. I sent an email. Is this same performance upgrade as a ford PI manifold?

No, this is NOT the same intake manifold as a PI (performance improved)-intake! This manifold is for PRE-1999 4.6 liter V-8's. PI-intakes are for 1999 and up (until 2004?) 4.6 liter V-8's. The PI-intakes can be used on older 4.6 liter V-8's, but the ports are shaped differently than the pre-1999 heads and a mis-match between a coolant passgae requires it be sealed off to prevent coolant leaks.

Someone correct me if any of the above info is incorrect!

If you're looking for a replacement manifold for a '96-'97 all-composite manifold that has cracked and is leaking coolant, then this manifold is perfect! It has the updated/revised aluminum crossover and I even include BOTH coolant temperature sensors (they are Motorcraft and were bought new from the Ford dealer when I bought the car last April)!

It is NOT, however, a PI-intake.
