96 v8 4.6 explorer, kooks headers, off road x, magnaflow mufflers, cl tb/plenum, lmaf, gt tube, xcal tune, alum shaft, 3800 dirty dog converter, darrin trans, 373 gears, hoosier slicks on fanblades, pbr brakes, Skinnies on front, No PS or AC, Aeromotive EWP, major weight removal (3380 LBS), 12.78 OLD COMBO.

It's a two piece. I guess I should have taken the picture from the other direction.

Question How are these things 2 piece by the looks of them its one piece. All the other 2 piece i have seen in life had a U-joint in the middle

You're thinking of a carrier bearing Darren. One-piece refers to the shaft being made from a single piece of aluminum. Two-piece means that two separate pieces were bonded together to form the single shaft.
