SCT x3 Tuner with Lasota Tune

Sold the car so the tuner must go. I put my car back to stock before selling it so the tuner is ready to be used on another vehicle.

I paid $379+shipping 2 years ago. Asking $275 obo

That's a good deal, especially considering the lasota tune for stock engine is $100 by itself!

I think it's $50 for a N/A tune, but that was a year ago so I dunno.

I just checked. Thanks for clarifying! A 100% stock tune is $50. N/a modified tune is $100. Blower/swap tune is $150. Still, it's a good price here for a xcal with a ready to go stock tune!

The tune that is included on the unit is for 91 octane 1996 4.6L cars.

It may also fit other years I'm not sure (you guys might know specifics). I would assume at the very least 96 & 97 4.6L would have the same tune, probably 95 & 94 too.

96/97 cars have regular OBD-II protocol. The 94/95 has a not-quite-official version (it wasn't mandated by feds until 1996 model year).

94/95 have 88kb ecu's the 96/97 have 112/128k ecu's they are different

basically identical but with slightly different hardware so it will not work on the 94/95 ecu's

The xcal3 unit itself will work on a 94/95 but will need a different tune file. My vortech 95 bird uses an xcal3 with no issues

I still have it for sale. You would have to ask an SCT dealer about getting a tune, I don't see why not since 95 had the OBD port.
