how the ^%#$ did that get there?

alright guys... whats THE strangest thing youve ever found in your car?

for me it was this lil baby that i found this morning..

Photobucket

yea thats right.. a Remmington 0.22 round... this car has been in my family since it rolled off the truck in oct of 94.. and none of us own guns.. none of my friends bring guns in my car and i know damn well i didnt pick this up on one of my drunken expiditions.... either way it made me say "how the ^%#& did this get in my car"... so what about you guys

I never found anything too weird in any of my cars. The only thing I can think of is when I pulled the dashboard out of my 91, I found a repair bill from when the car was in an accident in 1994. It must have slipped out the back of the glove compartment, and it was sitting on top of the HVAC box, all wrinkled, but still legible.

-91 Cougar LS, coming soon, complete overhaul with a 427" Windsor.
-90 XR7 5-speed black on black w/sunroof, MP2, coated rotors, double intercooler, 15%OD, ported heads, comp stage 1 cam, 85mm TB, 90MM LMAF, 80# injectors, and ported big valve heads
-98 Mark VIII LSC, Procharger P600b, TR3650 swap and 3.73s.
-90 SC Automatic rustbucket winter beater
-97 Tbird Sport 4.6 Nice weather daily driver

I found this under the console when I did the trans swap.

Somehow I get the feeling that it wasn't dropped there by a Physician.

That syringe looks like the size that my wife used for her insulin.

The only wierd thing I've found that comes to mind is when I pulled the carpet and padding out of the 89 Vic I'm parting out, the phrase "Who are you?" is written on the pass. rear floorpan using body sealer, lol... Guess someone at the assembly plant was bored that day and got creative.

These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.
