If someone would put a big 'Hot Wheels' decal down the sides, I would take it to car shows. Maybe draw some attention away from the 'lambo'd' cars that get draw way too many looks.
Not a sunny day though. I think I'd go blind.

That's awesome! It does look like a hotwheels!

Mods? Do the ones in the garage waiting to go on the car count?

Many thanks to my fellow Veterans; I am honored to be a part of your ranks.

I remember seeing a side shot of that car a while back, and the entire car was chrome, EXCEPT THE RIMS!

As for would I drive it, no, only because I couldn't afford the tickets from every single cop that I passed. Can you imagine the glare coming off of that thing? It would definitely be a danger to other people on the road.

Wow. I bet the glare off the hood is an instant headache.
That being said, I've always liked hoods painted Matte Black.

That cobra is not painted chrome. That cobra is not even painted, or chrome. That whole thing is polished aluminum! And I would absolutely drive that one. There pretty much isn't anything you can do to an AC cobra that would make me not want to drive it though. Oh yeah, and also, that cobra isn't old. It's an all aluminum replica.

Factory Five advertises on the back on car & driver. for 20k, why would anyone buy anything less than FFR? They are the most successful kit car company for a reason. A kit car is called such because it includes the proper stop. FFR isnt "high end" its "done right".

Seriously, you should have done that. You already had the engine, and rear suspension from your cougar. That would have been awesome! One day, I want to get an AC cobra replica and put a 3.8SC motor in it and make a daily driver out of it.

I'd be afraid of the reflection blinding people or people just strait not seeing you, especially in the winter months when the snow is reflecting the sun everywhere anyhow. I'm sure whoever owns this wouldn't drive it in the snow, but still, it'd be dangerous as hell considering how reflective it is. I'd bet it wouldn't take long for the guy to get completely t-boned in that. I'm sure it also really sucks to drive behind it too with your headlights shining right back into your face.

Overall, really stupid idea that I pray to Allah, Ganesh, God, and whatever deities I can think of later this doesn't catch on as a popular thing to do to your car.

That's my complicated answer.
