Possible complaint?

Howdy gang....

After perusing the 'parts or sale' forum, something I am seeing getting a bit out of hand, is a member posting parts for sale, "Must Sell!"....and then they never answer any of the PM's, or check their ad for replies, sometimes with almost a month going by before they reply back. This isn't a personal problem for me, but these guys are wasting bandwidth with ads for parts, and and only shoot back with 'gee, been really busy, I am going to string you along for another week while I decide whether or not I am actually going to sell something!"...

I am thinking something of an 'activity deadline' of some sort or another, where if nothing has been done in a day or two, the ad disappears...

Yes, I hate my Lincoln. Ask me about it sometime.

the sellers are not the problem, its all of the tire kickers posting... "oh if you were closer i'd buy this" ...or... "oh if only i had the money, can you wait 3 months for me to get a check?"

I think the point is: if you can't get back to the person interested in buying your parts quickly, then don't post "Must sell right away!".
