What's your Dream Garage need?

Title says it. If money was of no concern, what's the #1 one thing (besides the car) you'd need/want in your Dream Garage?

I'd want a full sized car lift. I'd rather not have to crawl around under cars anymore. I'd want to be able to stand up under them safely and comfortably to do whatever work I want to do.

My dream garage would look something like Jay Leno's. lol.

But seriously, I really like the Gladiator Cabinets, an epoxy floor is a must, good lighting, a beer fridge/Kegerator, large plasma TV, Bose Sound System, a lift of course, check plating along the walls...

That's a good start.

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...
Air silencer delete, warp drive, dilithium crystals, flux capacitor, Slingshot Rubber band power adder, Moonshine & Gas, Leaf Blower Supercharger, Hamster Wheel & Hamster, Energizer Bunny generating 1.21 gigawatts, Mr. Fusion® Home Energy Reactor, hover conversion and a sextant celestial navigation system (The original GPS)
Best 1/4: 1,320 nanoseconds @ 670,616,629.2 miles per hour

Wouldn't that be the waiting area????
Truely, if I could pick one thing for the garage, without money being an option, I'd take the contents of the tools section in the Sears catalog!!!! (does that count as 1 thing?)

Mods? Do the ones in the garage waiting to go on the car count?

Hey Matt, buy my house! I got all that except the big TV (unless 36" is big) and the lift. Plus it's a 3 car....LOL

Mine would be 10 times bigger than the house I would supposedly live in. It would have just about everything. Place for mechanical work, place for body work, cranes, lifts, lighting, air tool lines hanging from the ceiling, storage (for boats, jet skis, cars, bikes, toys, and the R.V.), full kitchen and bath, hot tub, complete theater system, wet bar, of course flat panel HDTV's, basement, and an upstairs bedroom. If I can come up with more I'll let you know. Of course all the tools known to man.

definitely more sophisticated tools.

Room is a matter of organization. I live with a slob roommate who never cleans up and turns a 2 cars garage into a 1 car because he never puts anything away. Btw we already have a surround sound system set ready to be wall mounted. 3 very pricey muzac speakers with internal amps thats 1 for each wall and an external integrated amp to boot. Since we are moving soon its going to be a garage build up in itself. And neither of us cares to drink so there goes beer refrig needs. I also like a clean garage too so the floor will be painted with epoxy paint and walls painted white. Its all about the details of your work space. I'm happy to have a garage to work in, since I've been in the apt situation for years. No garage really sux.

Let's see here,
Lift - check!
Air tools - check!
Welder - check!
Engine hoist - check!
Room to work - check!
Computer - check!
Work bench - check!

I think I'm in pretty good shape. Working in a shop has its benefits! The only thing I would add if money were no object would be a spray booth, but I would never do enough paint work to justify the expense of that.

My shop met all the qualification here except the waterjet. Now it needs more space.
I'm trying to sell this place. The lift and compressor stay with it. There is enough electricity to run virtually anything, so one of you guys buy my house and garage so I can go build 2 new ones to replace it. It's time to seperate torque converters from automotive repair. too much stuff in one building.
