Which set of tools to get

Hey whatsup guys I recently got my tools stolen off my truck , They were all type I didnt know all the full set I had but Im looking to get a set of tools I need for everything. I do have some assorted tools but they are moslty old and rusted I dont care about the old part I just care about the rusted part and damaging a customers car. For now I am doing car repairs at home but I do plan to work on cars professionally. I know how to work on a car I just want to know whats a good starter set. I know snap on is the best but I just dont have the money right now

I was looking at the 260 peice craftsman tool set.

Tools

Go with the set with the most pieces.

It is better to have it and not need it...........than it is to need it and not have it.

I'm an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.........ALL my roller tool boxes are Craftsman.

90% of my tools are Craftsman........since 1968.....I've only broken one tork socket.

Cool thanks bro, Yeah I dont see the big deal with brands I mean polished wrenches are good , Snap on or craftsman. Yeah I know what you mean with its better to have it and not need it. Than to need it and dont have it. I dont want to be borrowing tools.

I was wondering about that 6point 12 point preference, but if you say get the 260 peice, I trust your word, I happen to love craftsman tools myself

Thanks
