Thanks so much guys! It’s been a long day out here in - middle of nowhere Blythe, CA! The internet access here is really spotty - at best. I just logged in from the hotel.

Had a decent day at work - some decent Mexican food for lunch, and finished off a bottle of rum with a co-Worker tonight. So, I can’t complain. Cheers guys,

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...

I follow those guys on Insta, I don't know how I managed to memorize the obscure town of Blythe though

Yeah it's too bad, but it was my fault, I have gotten way lax on checking my PMs unless they pop up while I'm on the site and completely missed yours. You didn't miss much on my end though, the Cougar was broken again at the time lol

Thanks Josh. Are you saving money for another build? I see you're parting out another car. There's a guy local to me who could use those front end parts but shipping for those big parts to NC would be a bitch!

Excuses, excuses. I also called and left a voice mail message on your phone at the time.

Anyway, yea, I didn't have much free time while I was there so, more than likely, it wouldn't have worked out anyhow. Hope you're doing ok.

I've got to be careful out here! I've had two close calls while messing around on these back desert roads. One road T-intersected at an irrigation canal over the crest of a blind hill. I could have easily wound up in the canal.

Another road turned from paved to gravel on short notice. Fortunately my co-worker warned me on both occasions. It pays to have a good co-pilot when flying unfamiliar terrain!

I love gravel roads! You still thrashing rental Mustangs? Unless there was a crowd of farmers in the canal you had no worries

LOL

No, Mustangs. This time it's a Chrysler 300 Sport. I looked at a Challenger R/T before deciding on the Chrysler. I didn't want to listen to the Challenger exhaust drone for the long drive from Phoenix to Blythe ... That and I'm just not a fan of the Challenger. I think the Charger R/T is a much better looking car.
