I brought my new tires to another place to double check first guy he balanced tires checked rim run out checked roundness of tire everything is perfect. Things that I have replaced
Upper and lower ball joints
Tie rod ends
Rotors and wheel bearings
Brake pads
Wheel alignment
Camber bushings
Sway bar bushings
Not sure what else to do Need help

Infigured out the. Problem. The studs were drilled a little off center on the rotors. It made the tires go up and down when you drive. Cheap autozone parts. No more cheap parts for me. I have been dealing with this for two years. And ruined 2sets of tires 80 psi one ton tires aren't cheap

Just another example of buying cheap autozone parts. You get what you pay for. Why pay for it twice and support china when you can pay once and support a high quality product from a better country.
