From CL in AZ - 92 tbird 5.0 no engine or trans but various upgrades

NOT MY CAR but I saw it reposted on the lemons forums

1992 Thunderbird 5.0 HO no engine or trans. 17" Cobra wheels (5 on 4 1/2), 13" front rotors, aluminum Lincoln Mk8 rear control arms and 8.8 center section with 3.73:1 posi. Aftermarket anti-sway bars, and extra springs. Includes extra clutch and brake pedal assys for manual trans conversion, console with hand brake also included. Radiator, Mk8 electric fan, engine brackets and accessories included. Solid car, no rust, no seats, clear title.
1992 Thunderbird for sale no eng./trans

I'm curious to understand why this person pulled the engine (but not curious enough to call) and left all the upgraded parts instead of selling those off piecemeal.

Someone on here might appreciate this chassis.

My TCCOA iTrader Rating: (44 / 100% w/ 50+ transactions)

I watched it, it was on the FB page earlier. Everything said annoyed me except for the guy who said he remembered running at 120 in a 5.0 car.

Yeah right, 120 in that shitcan! At 40 MPH that "power funnel" is flying off. Definitely the biggest fender gap I have seen on an MN12.

Lets take one of their "prized" Chebbies and do the same to them.

There aren’t any “prized” Chebbies, that’s why they pull engines out of them and put them into good cars, like Fords, Miatas, RX7s, BMWs, etc.
