Those are good predictions but I like to be a little more optimistic about the Cubs. The Cubs should have what it takes this year, especially if most of the team stays healthy.

I am looking for houston to do good things this year, a couple of things are certain....Urbina will not get as many saves in detroit (bummer for my fantasy team). Yankees will blow it AGAIN, even with AROD, Braves will dominate, just not by much, and Bonds will be destroyed by the balco case...those are my predictions, oh...BTW, Braves and BOSOX in the fall classic.

What about the Royals? They seem to have something ready this year.

Braves win the series, boston and nyy beat the tar out of each other in the reg season and have nothing left in oct. braves win the pennant by defeating greg at home(wrigley) twice in the 7 game series, proving his fall skills to be, as always, worthless.

Balco...err, Barry Bonds and the Giants. Forget the rumors, I think people are failing to reason that the man is hitting the ball better as well. And if you have a comeback, I'll simply say that every player on Earth uses some type of performance enhancing drug. Anything for a shot with the big boys. The rotation will be shaky, and losing Javier will hurt. But who knows, I thought the Giants were dumb for losing Kent and Baker last year and they had the best record in baseball *shrugs*

Not even Red Bull could give my 'Bird wings.

cubs will get as far as the wild card, then they will blame another ball and kill it. I predict one of the major stars to get a season ending injury.

Sox will take the division, and collapse due to our bullpen.

Its hard being a fan and then making the "best" perdictions...as for my picks I see the Cubs making it this year...keep morons like Bartman out of the stadium and they will do it...yes its an excuse but so be it. My World Champ is the Cubs

AS a side note...Its hard to perdict this year for so many teams are stacked so to say...Houston, New York...both the Yanks and Mets for that matter...oh man the list could go on...but I am going to stick with my "lovable losers"...even if they lose it doesn't matter cus they're lovable right

...as for Bonds...it will soon be a flash in the pan about balco just like all other headlines...drama and then forgot about. Its already getting old...plus Barry is to stubburn to care what people think!

It will be a good season, and as for the Braves fans...they're in a damn rebuild how can you say they will win? COME ON!

I am a die hard bravo's fan, rebuild or not they have breakout talent with giles, furcal, and there new 1b laroche ain't nothing to spat at. Then you have the good ole boys in Chipper and andrew, then you add a good number three spot in the new aquisition of J.D. Drew, talking about pitching, Russ Ortiz and Mike Hampton will cary the rotation, and if the other three can hold their weight until the ninth, good ole smoltzee will be there to shut them down, rebuild, yes, can they do it, yes.

Royals all the way. They've made the necessary moves to get them to the top, as long as they stay relatively healthy. Carlos Beltran is a notorious slow starter, and he is hitting .500 this spring, to go with like a .800 slugging percentage. And he's our #2 hitter!

AL Champs: Toss up between Yanks and Red Sox. I really don't think A-Rod is going to make a HUGE difference to the Yanks because Soriano is pretty damn good himself and he's gone. Red Sox have WAY better pitching so I'll pick the Sox (and even though I'm a Red Sox fan, this is the first year I think I've ver picked them to beat the Yankees)

NL Champs: Mets will have a terrible year as always (they're the NY Rangers of baseball). I say it's between the Giants, Cubs, and Astros.
