What was your first post about?

Here's mine: Clicky

As you can see, I shorted out the wiring up there in the panel, and then somehow decided that I "desperately" needed to fix it right away because the odometer didn't work and up until that point had been dead-on accurate, and I didn't want to lose the actual mileage count.

Well, lets hear about your first threads...

Jeez, 3.5 years and three forums? I dunno...it was prolly something like "I have a 1996 Thunderbird, blah blah blah...."those times are such a blur to me lol My first post on here though, this current forum, I could probably find, but I"ve been feeling almost too lazy to post tonight.

Go to search, enter your user name in member field, leave search term blank, choose all forums, any date and newer, and sort the search in ascending order.

See what I've learned here.

I wanted to know where i could find a Thunderbird emblem for the tail lights, since mine had broken apart and the "T" was missing.

I had been lurking around for months--not too long after I bought my car. But early this Feb. some sport wheels came up for sale, and they were nearby. So I registered, and bought them. (My first--and only--mod so far )

Night was dark, but the sky was blue,
Down the alley, the ice-wagon flew,
Heard a bump, and somebody screamed,
You should have heard just what I seen.

Who do you love?

I've been hanging out since '99, first post probably in early '00 when I got my first MN12. Question was probably about airbox removal or shift kit for my AOD. The forums have changed alot!

If I could view the old BBS from almost 5 years ago I could show you. I was pretty young and I'm sure I had a stupid little question with an easy fix.

4227 posts and 87 pages ago my first post was about how my 3.8 NA got owned by a stock turbo plymouth sundance muahahaha. But that was when we first got this new BBS. I've been hanging around since Birdcats. I've been interested in t-birds since I knew what cars were! So I found tccoa and lurked around as a guest until I actually bought one.

Yes a lot of things have changed. So many people have come and gone. Some in happy ways, others in sad. It's very interesting to look back and actually think about what this whole board has been through.

Oh, I guess my first post on ALL THREE forum systems was welcoming everybody to the new forums. Geez, I need to find a better opening line I guess.

I've posted my first ever post on a TCCoA BBS above, but been lurking since '98 or '99, shortly after buying the LX in '98. Finding the tech articles was cool. I remember reading about "Sir Williams Zaino articles" and wondering "Who the h3ll is SW and why does he call himself that?".

I just never felt a need to join and post in the forums until vBulletin. It's a better format. One thing I found tiresome of the old designs was clicking back and forth through heirachal threads and who said what to which. The bad thing is that I spend way more time online reading threads than I ever came close to before joining.
